I'm a breast cancer survivor, I've been through it all. Chemotherapy, double-mastectomy, hysterectomy and radiation. I've been on Tamoxifen, and now I'm on Femara.
I'm in menopause and have been since the age of 37 years old as chemotherapy put my body into early menopause. I lost weight and I've kept it off, my BMI is correct, and all my vital health checks such as sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure - are all normal and healthy.
I'm well and healthy because I've learnt how to be.
Now I share all my knowledge by coaching on how to eat, when to eat, portion size, food combinations, exercise, supplementation and so much more. My aim and target is menopausal women. You can feel good, energetic, well, healthy and slim.
It's not about losing weight, it's about being healthy and by that, you will lose weight and maintain the weight loss. It's not about taking supplements to replace food, it's about eating correctly and supplementing what you lack. It's not about hitting the gym to burn off the calories, it's about eating properly and exercising for mental clarity.
I do what I love and I love what I do.
To add to my eating plan, I became an Access Bars practitioner.
I noticed how so many people are emotional eaters. I wanted to find a way to help my clients with their eating on an emotional and psychological level. This somehow lead me to going for Access Bars myself and then becoming a practitioner.
